"I had a very positive experience with Oscar from Dolphin Pool. He loaned me a filter for my pool because I needed a new one and was having a party within 2 days. The only negative thing was that he did not tell me that I would have to pay him or how much when he came out to put in the loaner. By loaning me his filter it gives me time to order a new one myself at a cheaper price but considering what I am paying for his rental and his labor to install the loaner I think it would have been cheaper for me to just go to the pool store and bought my own and had him install it. Now I have to pay for 2 installations. His response to my first contact with you guys was almost immediate and he met my needs since I had a party coming up. "They took about 3 weeks to complete the job instead of 1 week. I have to call them just to push this project and to come along. I also think they didn't communicate very well in timely manner. I would not use them again. But I though the bathroom in then end was good. It's good except for one of the guys damaged the door frame in the bathroom it has a 9 inch cracked through the deeply in the wood. It was significant cracked and I reached out to them to fixed it and still they didn't fixed it. I also asked them for an estimate for the small kitchen work and the price was too high."
