Diagnosed and fixed problem. Professional and knew what he was doing.

My pond was already existing but had been neglected for a few years and it needed a major cleaning. Walter and his team came in very professionally and drained the whole thing, kept fish safe, cleaned all the rocks, changed my pump, rebuilt the waterfall and other fallen rocks at edge, and pruned a ton. There was a huge water plant that had gotten out of control, the root structure stretched over 75% the pond, but Walter was able to remove it carefully without damaging liner. It was a big job and he and his team handled it all flawlessly. I was impressed and pond was beautiful again. Good advice for maintenance was given. I’ll definitely use this company again. Walter did an amazing job. He was very conscientious about consulting with us to ensure we got what we wanted. His work was excellent and he was a pleasure to do business with.

We hired Walter to come and clean our three to your fountain. It was overgrown with green water and algae, and the pump was not working correctly. Walter was very enthusiastic about the project and was very knowledgeable on the phone during our original conversation, asking good questions to lead him in the right direction to better help us. He was neat clean and also when we came out to see how it was going he was quick to acknowledge us and inform us of what’s going on. Walter is a very upbeat person and has great work ethic with our fountain.
