"They called to let me know they were on the way. There was an equipment failure; so they arranged for another tree service to finish the job. Cut my tree into lengths for splitting. Raked and cleaned yard. I would definitely use them again if the need arises. I have already recommended Carranza Tree Service to a friend."

"The crew showed up on time, did a great job in removing the trees, and cleaned up well after the job was done. The problem was that we have artificial turf (plastic). Even though we told the crew not to set their hot chain saws on the turf because it would melt, they melted five spots in the turf. This resulted in a $350 repair to replace the damaged turf. (It would have been more, but we had enough scraps left from the install to cover the damaged areas.) We deducted $350 from the bill charged for the tree removal. We would hire them again because they did a great job at removing the trees, and the other trees we have are a long distance from the artificial turf."
