"Yes on time professional. Pool heater works great had to move the gas lines and the waterlines that went to the filter to the heater. Everything was done. Great job very nice. Luis is very nice man hard worker."

"This moving company was amazing! We had three men (Lurii, John, & Serg) help us for three hours. They were extremely fast-working and on top of things. They were also very careful moving furniture around and did not get any scratches or marks anywhere. We will definitely be using them again!

"I am so happy with my new AC/HEAT system. The guys came in and did a clean job removing debris and materials ....these guys are super clean and don't leave a mess at the end of each work day. The unit is awesome; spent my first summer with a cool house! Thanks Rick for the service you provide."

"It went well. The power went out on the fridge and ac unit. John came within the hour after he responded to my request. He was the only one to respond on the Saturday."

From the beginning the employees were positive and professional.

Andrew took our ideas into consideration, and with his own vision, designed a landscape option that fit our budget.  Due to their software, he was able to provide us with a virtual design.  Envisioning our project was a fun process!  The crew and the foreman (Eliel) were always polite, informative, and worked very hard!

The owner Richard, Bridget (office manager), Andrew (landscape architect), and Eliel (foreman) met with us first to go over initial estimate, make changes, and address concerns prior to starting the project.  Bridget checked in weekly to ensure that things were going smoothly.  I had contact numbers to each person in case I had questions or concerns.  My calls and text messages were returned promptly.  If there were any concerns that created additional costs, these options were thoroughly discussed to avoid any surprises at the end.

The crew that installed the pavers did a beautiful job.  They also installed a drainage system and irrigation.  We chose the color and style of the pavers, and they chose the pattern.  We were very pleased with the pattern they implemented!  It looks really nice!

As with any large project, there were some concerns that occurred along the way.  These concerns were addressed.  The positive energy these employees manifest help to de-escalate any stress.

At the end of the project, Richard, Bridget, Andrew and Eliel did a final walk through.  Again, they addressed any concerns that I had, and reassured that if concerns came up in the future to just give them a call.  Overall, my experience with this company was positive.  The remodel is beautiful from the pavers to the drought resistant (but, very pretty) plants.

The only thing I would recommend is to thoroughly read up on pavers.  There are a few things I have learned about them that I don?t like, but overall they are a great alternative to other hardscape options.

"Melvin did our shower last year and it still looks brand new. He took the time to mask everything inside and outside the bathroom. Definitely looking to hire for our second bathroom soon."

"My house was in shambles and required a full makeover. We also wanted to add a shower to the downstairs bathroom for my mom as she gets older and stairs are getting tougher. I got 6 estimates and most came back much higher than the one I received from US Home developers and their definitions of work to be provided was also very vague, and left a lot of room for additional fees. Belle gave me a very detailed contract outlining everything that would be done. Armando was our contractor and like Belle, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. The work was done very quickly and only took as long as it did because of wait times for material. Belle met with us a few times to shop for material and helped us through the design process which was very helpful because I was stressing out on this aspect. Armando made sure everything was the way I wanted it to be and was very flexible when it came to scheduling. At the end of job he even had all the junk in my backyard, which was a lot, picked up. I was so happy with the work they did downstairs that I decided to rehire them to do the upstairs. They even added roof replacement to the contract for an additional price that was much lower than the 4 other estimates I got. My house went from looking like it was straight out of an episode of Hoarders to looking like it’s straight out of a magazine. Couldn’t be happier!"

"General Construction They just finished with our kitchen expansion and remodel project, and
just completed our pool and backyard remodel....everything looks fantastic!! Our kids are tickled pink about the pool, BUT, Regev also designed a secluded area in the back behind the pool with a jacuzzi...., however, I just wanted to share how wonderful Regev is. They really listened to what we wanted, what works for us, and pretty much our hopes and dreams for the project. They brought our visions to life!  General Construction is an amazing company! Their project managers are so knowledgeable they are borderline geniuses, their designers are creative beyond my imagination and the office staff are more pleasant ! It was just a wonderful experience, not to mention the quality of the work they did and their excellent prices...that was the cherry on top! Thank you General Construction, the pleasure has been all ours. Can't wait to work with you again in the future. And thank you again for taking our project on!
