Over the next month they caught 3 rats total and came back every week, sometimes twice, to check traps until several weeks went by without any activity and they were confident my problem was solved. They then sanitized my attic and gave me a 1 year warranty, all for a very reasonable price. I will now only use Cleargate for any type of pest control and as I said above, I highly recommend them."
