"This was the first time I ever had to call an animal control service for help. I was not only nervous about what critter he might find lurking in or around here, but was also nervous about letting a stranger into my house. Mike Kyle turned out to be a Godsend! So nice, courteous, and understanding, he quickly put me at ease. Very knowledgeable and totally professional. Extremely prompt and fair, I will not hesitate to use his service again should I ever need to. Since meeting Mike, I have also been recommending him to everyone I know, and will continue to do so for anyone I come in contact with that needs this kind of service. Thanks, Mike, for being so thorough and doing such a great job, and Thank you, Home Advisor, for recommending SOS Wildlife Services."

"We had a variety of pests at our Orange County property. The pests were entering from multiple openings in and around our condo attic. Some had even entered into our living area. TriCounty came in and assessed the situation and gave our HOA a couple options. TriCounty began the process by first closing all entry points. Next, they set traps and monitored any potential activity for 2 weeks. Once they confirmed there was no activity, they scheduled the complete removal of all debris including insulation. Once the debris was removed, they completely sanitized the entire attic and replaced with new insulation. We are completely satisfied with their attention to detail and their care for the cleanliness of our property and living area. I highly recommend TriCounty Trappers for any pest control and remediation."

Moreover, their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. I highly recommend Buncha Bugs to anyone in need of pest control services. With their exceptional professionalism and reliability, they have earned my trust and gratitude. Thank you, Buncha Bugs, for your outstanding service!"

"We used the All City Animal Control office located in Seal Beach (Orange County).
We first heard the raccoon two months ago and then a few days later heard the squeaking noises of babies. After trying to scare them out with lights, ammonia, and loud music on our own (as we read about online)...we decided we needed professional help.
These guys were very tenacious and did not give up. After three different methods of trying to get the raccoon to leave (simple cage; pheromone tactics; and finally spraying the crawl spay thoroughly with ammonia) she left. Humanely (which was important to my wife and I). Scott, the primary technician, was professional, dependable, accessible (we spoke with him many times before, during and after the process) and tenacious.
We really want to recommend Scott and All City especially since we wasted $300 on another Critter Control service in Orange County that basically came by, looked around and set up two cage traps and left...their contract said we could use the traps for three days and after that...see ya. No guarantees. All City guaranteed us they would get the raccoon out.

"Helpful and friendly, Rene and his team made quick work installing birds spikes and even removing built up droppings in problematic areas! Excellent service, highly recommended!"

"After extremely poor customer service from our former pest control service, we switched to Hydrex. We were offered a discount for paying a full year of service and the customer service has been excellent thus far. We have only had one service performed since we signed up but we are very hopeful this will be a very good pest control service provider. We also asked for early notification prior to service dates as we have a pet that must be kept inside on service days. Office staff has been friendly and pest control summaries (showing chemicals used) provided on service dates."

"Abbott Pest control was professional, quick, and affordable. I would highly recommend their pest control services."

"We had a very sudden bee infestation in our garage mid-to-late afternoon on a Friday. Called a number of places. No one could come out. Bee Catchers could not come out right away either. I do not fault them. The difference was the level of service I received on the phone from Nicole. I told her about the situation. She asked great questions and provided great advise. So far, following her advise is working. But the moment it is beyond my control, I will be calling her and having Bee Catchers dispatched. I appreciated Bee Catchers and Nicole for her honesty and knowledgeable advice. THANK YOU"
