I also hired him to repair existing sprinklers and he left it unfinished. I paid him for services with the understanding that he would come after the weekend to finish the job and he hasn't been back. That was a month ago. Or close to it. I've called and texted him. He says he will come then doesn't. Never calls to explain why. Or when he'll be back."

They did a good job explaining and triple checked for leaks before they left. Of course they tried to upsell and gave us a metal trap they did not quote us upfront for. We would have chosen it over plastic, but price difference would need to be cleared upfront. That's the only negative. Otherwise, thus far we are very happy with the result. "What a wonderful experience working with Welcome Home Landscape and Lawn Care. A tree company had unexpectedly taken down a eucalyptus tree, destroying my back fence, leaving a glaring view of my neighbors and creating a crisis for me and my three dogs. He was kind and understanding, had great ideas for what we could do, and together we developed a plan in several stages that I truly believe will make a big difference. He recommended a fencing company that came out right away. We put in a deer fence that is such an improvement. Then Ken came and cleared the debris from the land, leaving a forest floor of light mulch from the leaves. The land has never looked better. Our next stage is to plant.
