"What a wonderful experience working with Welcome Home Landscape and Lawn Care. A tree company had unexpectedly taken down a eucalyptus tree, destroying my back fence, leaving a glaring view of my neighbors and creating a crisis for me and my three dogs. Ken from Welcome Home walked the land with me and we brainstormed together. He was kind and understanding, had great ideas for what we could do, and together we developed a plan in several stages that I truly believe will make a big difference. He recommended a fencing company that came out right away. We put in a deer fence that is such an improvement. Then Ken came and cleared the debris from the land, leaving a forest floor of light mulch from the leaves. The land has never looked better. Our next stage is to plant. I so look forward to working more and seeing it all flourish. I feel truly blessed to have found this company and worked with Ken. And my dogs are happy too."

"We hired Daniel Soto to thatch, aerate and fertilize our front and back yards (approximately 3,250 square feet). Soto and his crew arrived in the early morning and went to work and stayed until sun down in order to complete the job. "I hired Falcon Landscape for roof cleaning and weed removal. To their credit, the actual work was done carefully and the results looked good. The roof cleaning was thorough, and the yard was cleared effectively. The estimate for the work itself also seemed fair and reasonable. However, the experience was impacted by how cleanup and disposal were handled. After removing a large volume of weeds, they did not take the debris with them and instead asked me to dispose of it in my own trash bins. This resulted in over 15 bags of yard waste, which did not fully fit, and when they ran out of bags, they left the remaining weeds piled in the middle of my backyard. When I questioned this, I was told disposal was not included in the contract and would cost an additional $200. While I understand contract terms, weed removal in my experience includes disposal. This lack of upfront clarity felt misleading.Overall, decent work quality, but disappointing handling of cleanup and communication"
