"Well, this was an early Christmas gift! Found Dylan through home advisors. He promptly called after we sought a handyman to replace our fireplace mantle. Itâ s harder than heck to find someone, anyone, to do small household projects, let alone someone so quickly. We exchanged photos of the old mantle and the new one. Dylan promised to stop by to finally estimate the project. Hereâ s the best part: Dylan, who makes for a very good first impression, offered to start the job right then and there, saying he could do the demo work and finish two days later. Hereâ s the even better part: He completed the demo and then mounted the new new mantle the same day. We were very happy with the care he took as he did the project, including adding an additional way to secure the mantle to the wall so not even one of our famous earthquakes could move it from its mountings. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I interviewed six solar companies and got bids from three. Charlie of Landmark construction & energy crew stood out much more above the other companies that I spoke and met with. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. In addition he worked with his crew at the beginning of installation to make sure everything was perfect with a tricky area of my roofline. Above all of what I wrote above, Charlie and the office staff are very organized people. Charlie was able to provide me with a lot of information about rebates, taxes etc… and Every bit of information I could want related to monitoring my system, working with Landmark construction & energy crew, maximizing the cost benefits, and getting my tax rebate, are all gathered and clearly labelled in a binder. Charlie knew how to explain everything about solar and I could see during our meetings how much patient he have. Charlie didn't have to push anything in order to sell his work to me because his product was the one I wanted, it made sense, and the price was better than others. I can't think of a contractor and I've worked with quite a few once in the past and for this project, I met with several ones as well and Landmark construction & energy crew is more reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented. "I worked with Sunrise Roofing and construction for the first time back in August of 2011 where they replaced my roof. This time I had a 300 sqft patio that was enclosed by the previous owner. The job done by the previous owner or who he hired was shoddy at best. So after I decided to open it up I called Mr. Christie of Sunrise Roofing and Construction. He later came over and I told him what I was looking at having done and we later came to a price which we both agreed on. As with the first job he was always on time, cleaned up on a daily basis and worked hard in that 29 Palms summer heat. He worked with the city inspector to make sure all the work was being done in accordance with building codes. All in all as with the first job he did for me this was a pleasant experience. Pricing was definitely fair and I got my moneys worth. I highly recommend Mr. Christie and his company Sunrise Roofing and Construction for any project you have from a re-roof to a full blown re-model, you will not be disappointed.
