"Well, this was an early Christmas gift! Found Dylan through home advisors. He promptly called after we sought a handyman to replace our fireplace mantle. Itâ s harder than heck to find someone, anyone, to do small household projects, let alone someone so quickly. We exchanged photos of the old mantle and the new one. Dylan promised to stop by to finally estimate the project. Hereâ s the best part: Dylan, who makes for a very good first impression, offered to start the job right then and there, saying he could do the demo work and finish two days later. Hereâ s the even better part: He completed the demo and then mounted the new new mantle the same day. We were very happy with the care he took as he did the project, including adding an additional way to secure the mantle to the wall so not even one of our famous earthquakes could move it from its mountings. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I interviewed six solar companies and got bids from three. Charlie of Landmark construction & energy crew stood out much more above the other companies that I spoke and met with. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. In addition he worked with his crew at the beginning of installation to make sure everything was perfect with a tricky area of my roofline. Charlie knew how to explain everything about solar and I could see during our meetings how much patient he have. Charlie didn't have to push anything in order to sell his work to me because his product was the one I wanted, it made sense, and the price was better than others. "We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

Inspected overall condition of roof as well. Also took note of any future issues that may develop from weather/wear and tear with other structural parts of the home. Punctual for both consultation and for the day of work. Excellent value and would hire again for future roofing or contracting needs.
