Lance M. Sprague specializes in custom residential and interior design, with an emphasis on sustainability. Lance's experience spans over 35 years, and includes high-end custom residential, multi-family housing, retail, mixed use, institutional, health care facilities, educational campuses, wineries, office towers and tenet improvements. Lance is a creative, competent, self-motivated individual, a team player with a keen eye for detail, quality and craftsmanship. Lance has many years experience putting together building permit sets, and taking projects from design development through building department submittal. Lance's construction experience provides him with an extensive working knowledge of residential building construction means, methods, materials and systems selection.
