"New Gen Exteriors removed the old vynl siding on my house and then installed new Hardie board siding with foam insulation underneath. Serg the owner was very polite, straight forward and easy to deal with, as were his men. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I was selling my townhouse and the roof came up during the home inspection. I called several companies and received comparable quotes from each, but decided to go with Ocean Seven Builders. I'm glad I did. Jimmy, who estimated the job for me, was knowledgeable and gave me an approximate time frame for completion (1-2 weeks). This was an important aspect since closing was scheduled to happen in 3 weeks. After I put down my 1/3 deposit, they ended up having am opening in the schedule and were able to replace the roof within a week's time. The work took less than a day and the crew worked well. They took pictures and provided me with the invoice & warranty documentation I needed for closing. Invoicing and everything else behind the scenes was handled via email with the office manager. He was also very pleasant to work with and provided great customer service when I need the additional documents/info for settlement. Overall, the quality of work and customer service was exceptional. If in the future, my new home needs some roofing work, I would happily use Ocean Seven Builders again."

"Joshua knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it.  He bought the parts for me and let me watch as he fixed things so I could do it myself (or at least have a better idea of what was wrong) the next time.  I will definitely be calling him again. 
On a side note, I am a single female and I really appreciated that Joshua did not take advantage of that fact by inventing problems or hiking the price.  :-)

"I cannot sing their praised enough. Roofing is a very difficult job regardless of the situation. It is hard work and the conditions when this work was done were difficult as well due to weather. 
They were on time, they were clean, they were fast, and they were precise. It was a tough job and they did it to perfection.
Now, I have peace of mind that if it rains, i have no worries.
