Edwin, the Ameritech tech, at first tried to talk me into changing my planned WiFi antenna to a Starlink. I told him there was a waiting list and the monthly fee was more expensive. He then proceeded to assemble and install the antenna to the roof line at the apex. He ran the cables and suggested mounting the T Mobile Gateway on the top shelf of my pantry to easily connect the antenna cables. This was a great idea. He worked steadily and cleaned up when the project was finished. The internet speed test definitely when connected to the external antenna.

Chris D. gave the estimate. He arrived on time, made excellent recommendations on how to resolve my problem and helped me figure out an unrelated remote control issue. Edwin S. installed an antenna in my attic. He was very efficient and helped me understand the ideal set up and explained all the wiring. My reception is now excellent.

The pros had good attitudes however, they were typically not punctual for more than one appointment, did not clean up wood shavings, nails etc., THE pros also needed to come back and read here one of my Atmos ceiling speakers as it came unscrew from the 8ft. ceiling.

Excellent quick response! I thought I needed a new antenna and could've paid several hundred $ for that however they determined the splitter in my attic was at fault for not receiving air channels on my living room TV! They were timely and professional. I'll use them again if I have a problem like this and recommend them!

They are so flexible, I had to change the time and how many I wanted removed so many times, but they were still so nice and did it pretty fast.

I rarely give reviews because most of the time, service and knowledge level is average at best. I contacted over 12 companies for this job. All but two where completely unqualified and had no idea how to even terminate fiber and knew literally nothing about enterprise level networking. I gave it one last try through Angie and magically was paired up with Ameristat who immediately spoke my language and within 2 minutes I could tell they knew what they were doing. The team did an impeccable job, were very knowledgeable and very professional. They did a super clean fiber run from the utility box,up to the attic, throughout my house and to my racks. Life changing network upgrade at 2ms latency for my 25 gig network (fiber rated for 100 gig).

They did great work. There were some scheduling and rescheduling communication issues, but minor overall, but cannot give 5 starts because of it.
