These windows were too heavy and bulky for me to handle myself and my search for an installer happily brought me to Jeff Petty and CW&E. Jeff's crew arrived on time, were polite, clean and efficient and except for a short lunch break, worked straight through to completion. When my Wife showed up to the house she had to ask to come in because of the big intimidating dog. He was condescending and continuously mansplained things to her. Lastly, he scratched our new floors then tried to deny it. We withheld his final payment for a few days until the scratch was fixed (by him). If thats not enough, he attempted to get a lien put on our home that we are trying to sell, saying we didn?t pay him. (We did and had the receipt to prove it) With all the other choices out there, I?d skip this guy."
