"Overall it went well. The workers arrived on time and quietly performed their work. There was quite a bit of prep work on the trellis and wood casings surrounding the windows. The house looks good. One thing I found odd. The owner, Jared never came out to inspect the work, nor has he called to inquire about how the work went and if I was satisfied. Fortunately, overall, it went well."

Chris from American Home Renewal was by far the most professional. He spent time with us, accurately described the entire installation process with us and exhibited willingness and patience to hear and understand what we were looking for in the new windows. The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. "We had Mike install 2 closet doors. He showed up with a big dog that he allowed into my home after we just redid our floors. When my Wife showed up to the house she had to ask to come in because of the big intimidating dog. He was condescending and continuously mansplained things to her. Lastly, he scratched our new floors then tried to deny it. We withheld his final payment for a few days until the scratch was fixed (by him). If thats not enough, he attempted to get a lien put on our home that we are trying to sell, saying we didn?t pay him. (We did and had the receipt to prove it) With all the other choices out there, I?d skip this guy."
