Customers say: True professional

"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again."

"Workers were efficient, clean, and pleasant. They described their work and then did it. The following work was performed: 1.Remove registers , clean and sanitize. 2.Clean out duct with Rotobrush to remove loose dust, fluff, particles, etc. 3.Wipe down the inside walls of the vent area with warm water and disinfectant mix."

"Be careful! When I called for a quote I was told they wanted to scheduled when they had a job in the Lompoc area so they wont charge me a traveling fee. We scheduled it but I was still charge traveling fee. I know they were in the area because before the guy arrived he called and notify me it will take 10 minutes. When it was time to pay he charge me a delivery fee. I did not say anything because I was just going to put it in the review. He must have saw my new car and my new backyard landscaping and thought he can swindle me for more money and I guess he did. $80 to clean washer and dryer and $78 for traveling fee. The other thing I did not like was the guy who came over asked about three times if there were any other appliance I had trouble with. I told them about the fridge problem I had and he was going to do some research but never got back to me. He also did not pick up the dust balls he pushed out of the dryer vent. Which was a lot. The only positive feedback I have is he was punctual"

Dryer Vent Cleaning questions, answered by experts

In a ventless dryer, lint it collected in a lint filter found inside the door or dryer drum. Vented dryers have this same lint filter, but in a ventless dryer you’ll need to stay on top of cleaning the lint filter after every wash. This is a common best practice, regardless of your dryer vent type.

Using less toilet paper is the easiest way to prevent future clogs. Also, avoid flushing sanitary products, thick paper towels, or hair down the toilet. If you’ve been using a brick in the tank to reduce the water used to flush the toilet, take it out immediately. Bricks will eventually fall apart and clog your toilet drain. Keeping your toilet lid closed also helps avoid future clogs.

The frequency of cleaning your dryer depends on how often you use it. For regular households, it is recommended to clean the lint trap after each load of laundry. Additionally, thorough cleaning of the dryer—lint trap, drum, and exterior—should be done every few months. It's important to pay attention to the vent system as well. Ideally, it should be cleaned at least once a year, or six months if your dryer takes care of huge loads often, or more frequently if you notice reduced drying efficiency.

You will know if your dryer is overheating by placing your hand on top to feel its temperature. If it’s hot to the touch, that’s a clear sign the dryer is overheated. Other signs include your laundry coming out hotter than usual, a burnt smell when it’s running, or burn marks on your laundry.

You should not put boric acid into your home’s air vents. While sprinkling boric acid in roach-prone areas is an effective way to get rid of them, it’s not safe to introduce those chemicals into your home’s air system. Instead, put boric acid or diatomaceous earth in a spot that roaches may walk through, infesting them and the rest of the infestation.
