They cleaned my two fireplaces. That portion of the work was okay. But they also rearranged the artificial logs and added black crystals that smother the gas burner. Therefore, the fireplaces and gas burners sputtered and barely worked. I had to hire another professional (gas certified) to correct the problems cause by this company. I feel that I am due a refund. I paid double to complete the work correctly.

So prompt to respond, very quick and easy to schedule. Came on time. Job was done extremely well and in the time estimated. Would definitely book again!!

You should have your chimney swept once a year. If you donâ t you run the risk of a chimney fire..

It took me several tries to contact Mighty Services. And once I did finally contact them, they did not show up for the appointment. This was a misunderstanding that they corrected promptly. I can recommend. them as they finally did up, on time and did an excellent job, cleaned up properly and were reasonably priced. The owner, Alex and helper were very professional and apologized for the previous misunderstanding with regards to the date of the appointment. They took pictures of the rooftop cap and spark arrester, which needed service. We have a tile roof and they were very careful when walking on it. Not a single tile was damaged.

Good work

We hired Mighty Home Services to clean a dryer vent. We knew the vent was partially blocked as the dryer took a long time to dry clothes. They arrived on time and recommended we also replace the hose. We agreed. They removed the old hose and proceeded to clean the vent. They showed us lint they had removed and the installed replacement hose. We paid and they left. We then did laundry and discovered that the dryer no longer dried at all and the sides were hotter than they had ever been. It also shook excessively because it had not been properly placed in the clips that hold it on top of the washer. We had no way to tell what was going on so hired an appliance repair person to come and check things out. He said the dryer was fine but the vent was completely blocked. On further inspection he discovered that the vent made a 90 degree turn in the attic. Mighty Home Services had cleaned to the bend and caused the vent after the bend to become completely blocked. The 2nd company we hired had to completely disassemble the duct in the attic in order to clean it all. Mighty Home Services never tested the duct to be sure it was clean and did not look to see if there were any complicating factors in the job. Had it been a simple cleaning, perhaps it would have been fine (although perhaps overpriced). As it was we had to have another vendor finish the work they had not completed.

I needed my dryer vent cleaned as it had become clogged with lint. The workers arrived on time, explained the process and immediately got to work. The vent was cleaned and cleared as promised. I has so please I had the do our fireplace as I am sure it had never been sweeped. Highly recommend and would definitely not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you!

Great job cleaning and refreshing my wood floors

Arrived on time and immediately addressed the problem with the dryer vent. Very professional and put everything back in working order along with leaving the place ( i.e. laundry room) immaculate.

They did a very through job cleaning our heating vents and ducts as well as the dryer duct. I highly recommend this company. They even took pictures of the before and after duct cleaning.

Jeremy Hersey was a skillful, personable contractor. He was considerate, communicative and on time. I would highly recommend him. There is nothing he canâ t do.

Alex did an outstanding job on my floors and rug. He recommended a better product, and offered to return the next day if I was dissatisfied. There are a myriad of projects that his company can do! I will definitely hire him again as he is honest, hardworking, and very knowledgeable about his trade.

It took awhile for the customer to get back to me when there was a issue. They told me that it would take 4-6 hours to dry, well it took 2 1/2 days for the carpet to dry and 3 days for a chair to dry. When I asked him he said ?it will dry?
