Repair rotten threshold to out side door to garage. Good job. Put in concrete where only dirt had been. Should keep water out. Men were good natured and kept me informed about the job. I in turn phoned my son, out of state. He sounded pleased also.

David showed up with dirty drop cloths unprepared to do the right job. I gave him an opportunity to repair two holes in an interior textured wall. I ended up with two stick on patches and so much plaster piled up on them it was noticeably bubbling off the wall. I requested spray texture per the way the rest of the wall is done , he layed on hand applied texture that did not match. Once I questioned this David started raising his voice to me and was extremely argumentitive throughout this time consistently inturpting me when I was telling him the wall was visibly not level or flat. There was paint tra der from his dirty drop cloth onto our tile and an excessive amount of plaster left on our carpets from no prepared work area , drop cloths were laid loosely allowing plaster and trash to fall into our carpets. Davis made several claims that he works on million dollar homes , but he treated my moms house like dirt and a simple dry wall repair job that was her Christmas gift as a joke!! Don't hire this guy !!!

"As you can see by the rest of my ratings this person was unwilling to resolve perceived problems grabbed my stained[paint] tarps ,made a mess he thew them out the door then I nearly had to fight this crazy to get my tools out that he locked in.It was his moms house and was patching two small fist size holes.Wonder how they got there and in the end was ttrown 20 $ for my wasted 3 hrs. in Folsom.I thought only owners were able to post on this site feel this is a bogus lie and should be removed.Would love to warn everyone about Brad but every year were reminded that some people are just angry and any small minor job can be crazy.Reminds me how thankfull I am for so few in my 25 years of doing this."

They hounded us for payment via text and so many calls. I would not use them again.

"This consumer was supposed to provide materials and was never available when we tried to contact her. She did not pay for the materials until the job was done. She was supposed to pay the rest of the payment at the end of the job as well. I contacted her 3 times then to found out that they did not cut checks until the 27nd. This is not what we agreed to. I do not feel that 3 calls is hounding someone."

Worked diligently to rebuild the door frame on a very hot day! After discussing the expectation for excellent workmanship, vendor was very attentive to the fine details of his work. I was very pleased that he listened to my concerns and proved that there are businesses out there that still take pride in their workmanship. He even went the extra mile to do a smaller job on another door after working all day on the job he was hired to do.

David is very personable, I felt comfortable having him in my home. He originally thought it might take two days to complete the work but he was able to do it in one. In addition to repairing multiple cracks and exposed nails in my drywall he repaired the latch and deadbolt to my front door. I am very pleased with the results.

David is an excellent contractor and his carpentry skills are exceptional. I had some dry rot on my back door frame. The wood in the door frame was in one piece which made the repair very challenging. Dave was able to cut out the wood, find a replacement piece and shim it in place so that you could hardly see the repair. I would hire him again.
