The rodents were because I had added an upper deck and changed the roof line. The trees were close enough to the house that tree rats were jumping onto my roof and burrowing into the attic. An ant colony caused the ant problem in my backyard. When we tented for termites, everyone in CA has to at one time or another, they included an ant treatment because they knew ants arrive to eat the termite carcasses. My mosquito problem was because of my pond and besides the added mosquito fish, they suggested a hanging mosquito repellent that controlled the mosquitos. AMEN Pest Control is the best!"

Also sprayed the attic to prevent termites from getting into the wood. Repairmen were so nice about putting down plastic to protect the carpet. Repairs were fast and done very well. Another well known company wanted to tent or use heat treatment for over $4000 to resolve our issues. This company treated all infected areas and repaired wood where needed. Very fast and efficient.
