"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

The layout and design, the precision and attention to detail as well as the diligence and dedication of the install, specifically in the meticulous and difficult cuts required to finish our job and in such small, tight spaces really showcase both their professionalism and their creative craftsmanship. The team were on-time, communicative, upfront and they kept their word, even when the job was more tough than any of us realised. "We hired Dan to paint & repair a studio apartment we have in our Victorian home. Dan was a JOY to work with. His bid was competitive & his work is/was STELLAR! He was prompt, polite, and has a great sense of humor & finished the work in the time frame he gave us. He can do every aspect of construction & his attention to detail is superior. "I was impressed with the fact that they actually came when they said they would.
I feel that I may have been able to get the job done more cheaply but I'm afraid the job I would get for a cheaper amount would be a cheaper job. I think they were dependable and the job was well done.
They did use nails on the deck which is OK but I would have liked screws better.
