"Best in the business! This was the 2nd house I've remodeled and Dave & his team outperformed all previous positive experiences & expectations. They removed 3 pony-walls, installed new porcelain, large tile flooring throughout (2200 sq ft), remodeled the bath to enlarge the shower,-added a modern stand-alone tub, installed new double marble-topped vanity, marble mosaic wainscotting throughout the bath, a marble-porcelain 7-foot long/12-foot high shower with luxury finishes (marble bench & rainshowers) & a chandelier above the tub with sconces flanking a 6-ft long mirror. They renovated the kitchen with new cabinets, pendant lights, quartz countertops on a new, better positioned island that Dave designed, porcelain flooring, under-cabinet lighting, and gas-burning double-sided fireplace before installing gas-top stove, electric wall ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher and double-work sink. They even installed 3 chandeliers (living room, dining & media rooms), drapery hardware at eight floor-length (12-ft high) windows & sliders, and an amazing new wet bar with vessel sink and marble with brass inlay backsplash!! They're prompt, hard-working (many times working on Saturdays and Sundays to meet deadlines), kept the project moving - even with supply delays (store's fault - not theirs) and additions I requested. They're attentive to detail, sensitive to HOA demands (never arriving too early & removing outdoor trash immediately), and professional at every turn - keeping the workspace clean/tidy. Dave goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers, reviving the art of customer service and taking it to a whole new level. For example, and though it wasn't on my list of repairs, he noted that my "new" home's air ducts needed cleaning - and shopped around for quotes I could afford. Likewise, he flushed my failing water heater in attempts to save it (original to house built in 1997). I can't say enough about this fabulous team of professionals who are as kind and personable as they are professional and skilled. I strongly recommend Dave and his team for ANY home remodel you're considering. Dave's part-designer in addition to being a fabulous contractor. He made several suggestions along the way, and I'm glad I took his advice (otherwise I wouldn't have this amazing, gourmet kitchen w/double-fireplace!). I interviewed and researched several contractors before engaging him with most exceeding his quotes by 15-25%. He's reasonably priced, comes when he says he'll be there, and makes sure the client is happy with the final product. (He even checks back a couple of weeks after the job is completed to ensure everything is functioning as it's supposed to.)
