Advanced Overhead Storage

100% DO NOT Recommend!!! We met the ?news guy? Jay Beede who told us all about how we wouldn?t be unhappy, they guarantee everything blah blah - we gave our info and some other guy - James Jackson called and we set up a time for home to come out - initially it was a same day install then it was ?oh I need to go to Oakland? then an hour later he said he?d do the install - but that wasn?t the issue!!!! The issue is that the pulley system storage system was all great until 11 pm one night it fell onto my car and all the boxes fell onto my car causing $10,000 in damage - he same back out to ?fix? it to blame the Vinyl on cable ?cracked? causing the bolt to fail!!!! Now he is ghosting my husband and won?t return calls!!! Do not take a chance with this company!!!!!

Through Angis list, I requested estimates for garage cabinets and Advanced Overhead Storage was one of the recommendations. However, they do NOT do cabinets. Thankfully we discovered this error (from Angis list) when the owner Jay Called to confirm our appointment. We had a great conversation, though; Jay was very friendly and told me about his company and how it started. He gave me a lot of information, what to ask, recommendations and advice on selecting a company that does cabinets. He was great!

I can’t say enough about this company. Professional and courteous, went above and beyond to help me with my garage remodeling! The owner of the company even came out on Sunday to finish the job! Highest possible recommendation.

Jay the owner was super friendly. He provided comparisons to demonstrate how much lower his prices over the competitors. James the installer finished flawlessly within 30 minutes. Its a quality operation with fabulous pricing. Linda M

Very personable, and even came out on a holiday or super bowl, I don't remember which one it was but I was impressed to receive the service when he came at such short notice.
