Although bidding was cheaper than competitors, it might be worth it to pay for professionalism. 1. Handyman tried to up sale a torsion spring claiming it rusted out and it is been 10-12 years since it is been replaced (He did not know the property is a newly built house about 4 years old) 2. He said he only accepted cash which was unfortunate. 3. I just needed my torsion spring and cables adjusted. I give him two stars for getting the job done.
