"Kyle Beym did a great job for us. We interviewed three contractors from Angie's List. Kyle was the most responsive in getting back to us with a bid in a timely manner and we felt his prices were very fair compared to the other bids we received. What we really liked is that Kyle hires fantastic workers and he assigns a team of two men to your project and they stay with it until it is done. No hopping from job to job and we didn't have an endless string of different workmen coming through the house. We got to know (and adore) our team of Arturo and Felipe. There is nothing these talented guys can't do! They were on time--or early-- every day and worked hard the entire time they were on the job. They would arrive by 7 a.m. and work till 5 or 5:30 p.m. with only a brief lunch break. Most contractors are gone by 3 p.m.! That's one reason our job was completed in only 5 weeks for the first phase. We absolutely love both of our new bathrooms. Phase one cost was $33,000. We had bids as high as $86,000 so we considered Kyle's work a great value. When we were ready to begin Phase 2, we got a bid from Kyle and just one other bid to make sure he was still in the ballpark. Again, he came in lower than the other bid and with a much faster estimate of a completion date. Since we already knew the quality of their work, we were happy to rehire Kyle's firm for our second job. He tries his best to assign the same workers when there is a repeat job for a former client, so we were lucky enough to get Arturo and Felipe again for the second half of our project. They completed the second phase of the project in under two months. Phase two cost was $35,000. We tried to minimize change orders by doing lots of planning up front, but of course there were a few inevitable changes that cropped up anyway. Kyle and his team were very easy to work with on these. No attitude whatsoever -- just a "can do" mentality. We are thrilled with our "new" home and so happy we found this great company. We would absolutely hire them again."

SoCal builders installed hardwood floors throughout, fully remodeled 3 baths and a full paint job. We then decided to retile the kitchen.
