Description of Work: Delapp Builders did the full framing for 850sf 2nd story addition, which included, new roof, new entry, wrap around deck, stairs, bathrooms, bedroom, etc. The project included significant work and repairs to first floor, including new walls, floors, and foundation/structural enhancements. Hired Damian, and it was one of the best decisions we have made through this entire project! Honest,reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful. Damian did the initial phases of framing and foundation work for us. His knowledge, advice, contacts in the construction field, and continued help to this day, have made us aware of what a skilled general contractor and builder he is. Everything is perfectly straight, level and solid. What you would expect from a high quality builder, on a new home, Damian achieved with a remodel and 2nd story addition on a 50 year old custom built home. It was not a simple project, yet Damian had no difficulty completing it within the time frame promised. His pricing was fair, and he put the hours in when it appeared that he would get behind, to insure that he finished each phase as promised. He easily dealt with the city inspectors, our architect and the engineer, throughout, and has made it easy for us to continue with the other phases, with the confidence that the foundation work (framing, foundation and etc.) was done correctly, and often better than envisioned/planned.
