"10/6/2024 - Ongoing Toilet Leak Issue – Unresolved Since February Dear Albert Nahman Plumbing, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the ongoing toilet leak issue that has yet to be resolved, despite numerous attempts to rectify it. The problem began in February 2024, when my toilet started leaking and refilling its tank every 2 to 4 hours. Since March 18, 2024, I have had five appointments with your team to address this issue. I have paid a total of $545 for a new canister flush valve and a new toilet fill valve, yet the toilet continues to leak exactly the same way it did before. What is particularly disheartening is the lack of communication since August. I have repeatedly tried to reach out via email and phone, but my messages have gone unanswered (August to October). I chose your company based on your good ratings and the assumption that I would receive quality service from a licensed plumber. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite. I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter and a clear plan for how we can finally resolve the leak. Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue. Sincerely, Andreas"

They did a complete remodeling of two bathrooms which included taking out a sunken tub and making a walk-in shower in master bathroom and installing a pocket door. In guest bathroom they add a shower to current bath tub. Made all new cabinets for both bathrooms to our expectations. They updated our kitchen cabinets by making new soft close cabinet door fronts and new soft close drawers They installed new doors throughout our house including new front door, garage door, kitchen fire door, all bedrooms, and bathroom doors. Installed new flooring in our living room. Everything turned out beautifully. Every detail we asked from Rodney and his crew, they made it work. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are quick, reliable, a great team of professionals. Rodney is a great source of information. He had lots of connections to other contractors to help complete our remodeling needs. He followed up with outside contractors to make sure the job they were working on was done correctly. If I need anything else done, this company will be my first call."

We had five different contractors come over and give us an estimate, out of those five contractors WJB Construction as far as price went they were comparable to the other five. What made us go with them was how we felt so comfortable talking with Josh and Katy. Right away we knew we wanted to go with them. They were very professional and guided us along the way. "We hired Handyman Sam to paint the fascia around our house. He quickly found some rot, and recommended we get that repaired. He coordinated with a roofer to peel back part of our roof to replace some beams & fascia. They did a great job, and added some drip edges so water damage would not occur again. Then they painted, making sure we liked the samples first. All in all, a great job, lots of communication, done when he said it would be, and he treated his guys well. Definitely would recommend him.
