"I was less than happy with Rubin. While he was personable and able to change out the workings of 2 toilets and opened the exhaust (?) for the dishwasher to sink, he balked at plunging the line from one toilet. I did it after he left. I asked him to change aerators on five faucets since i was unable to turn them. At no charge he successfully changed two, but left three in worse condition. Now I'm reminded of him every time I use those sinks. Two of the three worked just fine, but I had asked him to change them because the others were being replaced. My mistake. & If it ain't broke don't fix it;. I wish the experience had been better as I would have liked to count on him to be our plumber in the future."

"I was told that should I need a new toilet, I could only purchase it from the Plumbing Co. at an inflated price even though I asked about getting A new toilet from Lowe's or Home Depot at a more reasonable price. Even the small gasket kit cost so much more than I expected. I almost Fainted when I heard the price of the gaskets. He did good work and was professional to work with. I assume that aside from the gasket kit The balance of my bill was for labor. My car mechanic doesn't even Charge that much!"

"We were very disappointed with the service that the company provided.  We purchased 8 hours of cleaning service, so 3 people arrived to clean the house for 2 hours and 40 minutes.  The crew was friendly and seemed like they were doing a decent job. 
Our house is not that large, and although it is not perfect, it is not that messy either.  When the cleaning crew arrived, they said they would be able to complete the entire house in the time allotted.  After 1 hour and 40 minutes they still had not cleaned 2 of the three bedrooms, and had not touched the family room.  I asked one of the workers if they would be able to complete the entire house, and he said yes.  
When the time expired, one of the bedrooms and the family room were NOT TOUCHED AT ALL.  This was incredibly disappointing, as we hired the cleaning to prepare for a party the following day.  When they left and we had a chance to look at the work that they did complete, we noticed that some of the work was done very poorly.  One of the two bathrooms, still had urine splashes on the outside of the toilet (my 18 year old sons bathroom).  Basically, when the crew left we had to finish cleaning the house, and clean some of the areas that were neglected.
When i left a message with the company to let them know that I was disappointed with the service, they never even bothered to respond to my message.  Basically, I felt like they got their money and did not care that I was not completely satisfied with the service provided.
