Great plumber, but felt like I got substantially overcharged

The Technician called before he came out, was on time and got the on demand water heater working, even though he had to order a sensor. Heater was fixed within 3 days. Very professional service and would highly recommend them!

to fix a running toilet, Benjamin Franklin wanted to replace the toilets which were about 5 years old, costing $365.- each, for 2 running toilets that's $750.-.we politely declined ... we did hire him to replace the water supply valve that goes from the wall into the toilet tank for one toilet, a 5 minute job, the valve costing about $ 8.-which we paid $ 206.- for.
