"Very well, he came out last Friday, they were on time. Armin Rios was very thorough, very confident and very clean and he replaced the pipe. We hadn't asked for him to replace the pipe, but he said this pipe needs to be replaced he was very efficient. He installed a garbage disposal and a faucet."

"Completed on 7/4/2016 but with minor problem. The drinking water faucet is not tight. Contractor said it cannot be tighten. I got the impression that it is just not to rotate it. He put sealer to stop the movement. After about 4 months, the faucet moved and exposed the hole partially. Water can leak through the crack. Requested him to come back to fix it. He said it is not under warranty. It is the faucet problem. My opinion is a good plumber should find way to install properly; if it failed so soon, at least try to come back to put it back right under warranty."

"I called Gladiator around 12 noon to ask for somebody to come out to help me clear a backed up drain for my washer. The woman on the phone said she can have somebody out by 3 PM. The plumber came right on schedule and cleared the drain in about 30 minutes. He told me that since my property sat empty for months before I purchased it that sediments has settled in the pipes. The plumber was professional and courteous. Gladiator even gave me a 10% discount for being a first time customer. I need additional plumbing work and I am on the phone right now making my next appointment. Great service, awesome workmanship, even better pricing!

"Went well..  was quick, did a good job.. They hadn't installed a Washlet before but read the manual and quickly got it installed.
It's all working great.   I asked them to seal the toilet to the floor and they said they didn't do that, and after he told me why,  I was quite happy they didn't..   Apparently when you seal it to the floor if the wax seal after does leak down the road,  it's unlikely water will show up on the floor near the toilet.. instead it shows up in your nice living room downstairs..    Leaving no sealing, lets it spill out a bit.. potentially saving your downstairs ceiling..     Learned something new!

"Came earlier than anticipated. Cleared toilet promptly after 2 tries. Took approximately 10 minutes. Removed stain at bottom of toilet bowl caused by implement used, and showed me how to remove water and refill if it needs to be cleaned in future. Discussed possible future installation of hot water heater. Very personable and professional, as was owner when I made initial contact this AM."

Sink Installation questions, answered by experts

Any drain in your house requires a water trap to prevent sewer gases from entering the home. Dishwashers don’t have an internal water trap, so they must use an external P trap. The most convenient P trap for the dishwasher is already in the plumbing under your sink.

No, you don’t need to use plumber’s putty to install a sink drain. Other options are available, such as silicone putty or silicone caulk. Plumber’s putty is the traditional method and it’s easier to work with and easier to remove. It doesn’t need to dry before using. Silicone putty should dry before you use the drain.

Yes, drain stoppers do come out. In some cases, you can twist them counterclockwise to remove them. You can lift some drain stoppers halfway to the raised position and unscrew them. For others, you will need to lift the drain stopper to the raised position and unscrew the stopper from the stem underneath the top of the stopper.

Natural stone stinks require sealing before installation because they have a porous surface susceptible to staining and damage. Quartz is much denser than natural stone, making it non-porous and resistant to stains or absorption. Because quartz is a composite material, it doesn’t need to be sealed before daily use.

If your kitchen is flooding, first turn off the water supply and electricity before entering the room. Next, focus on immediate flood control by cleaning up any standing water with a sump pump or wet-dry vacuum to prevent long-term water damage to your home. Open your windows and run any dehumidifiers you have handy. Finally, call a professional plumber to help find the source of the flood and repair it.
