Not only did he show up on Easter to install four ceiling fans for us (talk about dedication!), but while he was here, he also took the time to troubleshoot and fix a few outlets that hadn’t worked since we bought the house. Julio was incredibly personable, professional, and thorough. He didn’t just do the job—he went above and beyond. By the time he left, he had already provided two additional quotes for future projects I’m hoping to kick off in the coming months. On top of that, he referred me to a trusted colleague of his for another type of work we needed help with. "I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm.
