"I went with Expert Home Builders on a room addition. The big and expensive project and bog responsibility but I'm happy I hired this contractor. David and his team showed up on time and they were great from first day to end of this project. David was knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He informed me about working progress all the time and contacted me immediately if there was something important. His team worked hard, kept working area clean as possible, they were professional, friendly and quick also. The project was finished ahead of schedule and results are excellent. The quality of work is superb, overall experience excellent and price very acceptable. I would highly recommend Expert Home Builders to all people I know!"

"Ryan and his team provided a thorough inspection of my home and located a large amount of termite damage to the outside structural components of my residence. They provided me a c complete, fair and detailed estimate of all the work that needed to be done. All of the work was completed in a timely and professional manner along with an informative, detailed explanation of the work as things progressed. I now have complete peace of mind knowing that my home has been treated against any future infestation and was very happy that I never had to move out of my house for a prolonged period of time as with tenting or other common forms of treatment. I would highly recommend Ryan's Structural Termite Control to anyone seeking long term termite removal and remediation."

"Professional, prompt, courteous and a pleasure to work with. He brought his team and a trailer full of tools and knocked the job out in a couple of days. They left my job site clean. They reworked the layout and moved cabinets and the refrigerator and oven area. They also built a set of drawers so we can open a wall between the kitchen and living room. The drawers were built from remnants in another part of the house. We're hiring him again on another upcoming project for my rental."
