"This was a very frustrating process...
 First let me start by saying that Ariel, the representative of the company was courteous and receptive to our feedback. In the end, he made things right. However, the quality of work performed by his team was BAD OVERALL. The work of his first crew was lousy AND "short-cut." The work of his second crew that came to correct the problems of the first team was good and professional.
 Let me start with the electrical panel install: First, after installing the electrical panel, ADI was to (as stated in the description of services) label all breakers in the panel with a label maker. Instead, they hand-wrote with a permanent marker, and it was labeled completely incorrectly. They never entered the home to test and label, they simply wrote-in various areas of the house on the panel, which were completely wrong locations (very frustrating, especially when I was attempting to install some light fixtures). Then, after providing Ariel with feedback, the team returned with a label maker and corrected the problem. Still, I found that two breakers were mislabeled, and a few were misspelled.
 Next, they ran a cold-water ground conduit along the wood siding at the front of our house, which looked very sloppily done. I discussed with Ariel to have it corrected and run along our attic, out of site. He agreed without hesitation. But, his same team returned to rectify to problem, and again did a very sloppy job. First, they ripped down about six feet of roof attic insulation to run the conduit, and never repaired it when finished. Second, they ran the conduit through the middle of the attic floor and left it unsecured, as they were supposed to run it along the edge of the attic and secure it as we had agreed. Very sloppy work. Worst of all, this team drilled through/damaged our Verizon internet cables when installing the conduit in our attic, and NEVER SAID ANYTHING. It cut our internet service, and I spent hours with Verizon customer service trying to solve the problem, not knowing what they had done. Finally a Verizon service rep came out and found the cables tangled/destroyed and wrapped around the drill bit that was still in the wall! SO FRUSTRATING.  Ariel was very apologetic and sent out a different team to reinstall the conduit correctly, and this team was professional and completed the work as discussed.
 Also, the first team put two ground stakes about 12 inches from the house. I told them this was unacceptable, as it was a tripping hazard for my side yard. They told me that they couldn't move it closer because of the foundation of the home. But, when Ariel's second (and better) team arrived to fix all of the first team's problems, they easily relocated the ground stakes 4 inches from the wall.
 The trenching team also did a very sloppy job, they left piles of dirt on the neighbor's yard, killing some of their plants. When they filled the trench, they threw the plastic sheeting into the trench with the soil and left debris that could have easily been cleaned up. And, when refilling, they never compacted the soil, so when we walked over the area where they trenched, the soil sunk down significantly. After the first rain, there was a 4-6 inch divot along the entire trench-line (Ariel specifically told his crew to compact the soil, but they didn't follow through).
 Overall, this was a very frustrating process. In the end, all of the problems were fixed, but not without the headache of having them come out three times. I will repeat that Ariel was receptive to our feedback, and apologized for his crew's poor performance. He made every effort to correct the above issues and make sure that we were satisfied with the work. He also offered us a discount in the end. For this, I respect Ariel, but ultimately his first electrical crew was poorly managed and did poor work. It was not until he sent a different crew that the problems were rectified."
