Marble King Floor Restoration

They came and cleaned the grout and polished my marble and granite. I was charged $4000 in cash with a 1 year guarantee . I called about 2 weeks later and said the granite looked terrible. They said it was a 2 day job. They rushed and were done in 1 at the same price! The etching was still there. I asked them to return. The appointment was set and they were a no show. I have tried to contact them with NO RESPONSE .

Chris Pinot, the owner of Marble King, was hired for three things: 1. Re-do grout lines on tile floors throughout my house. This was accomplished with first a scrubbing machine to carefully clean the tile and grout and then paint the grout lines. Let dry and then paint them AGAIN. All furniture and large area rugs were pulled up for an absolutely complete job. No area was overlooked. Result is perfect! 2. Granite countertops cleaned with special formula and resealed, bringing out their original shine and easing my mind about possible radon emissions from the stone. Another perfect result! 3. Marble top of dining table appeared to have suffered from chandelier dropping onto it. Chris pointed out various small scratches and glass ring marks that would also be buffed out with his restoration process. Since the table was part of house sale 4 years ago, I had no knowledge of the original appearance of the marble. Now I do, and it is exquisite. The third perfect result! I highly recommend Marble King for any stone-related work. Unlike other companies whose top guy gives his assessment and then sends in employees of varying degrees of experience and enthusiasm, Marble King is Chris Pinot. His assistant is supervised; Mr. Pinot is on the job at all times. You can find cheaper work, but if you want quality maintenance and restoration of tile floors and walls, granite counters, and marble, Marble King is the one to call.

I would highly recommend Marble King Floor Restoration . Scheduling was easy thanks to Nicole. Chris did an excellent job cleaning and grouting the wall and floor tiles in two bathrooms.. The rooms are clean and new looking!

We had marble tile that needed to be polished immediately due to project deadlines. Marble King gave us excellent service. We were impressed by their communication skills and their coordination between the field and the office. They jumped right on it and the floors looked beautiful when the work was completed. Excellent experience from start to finish. Chris and Nicolle were courteous throughout the process and provided thorough information and explanation of entire process. Chris was very knowledgeable about his craft and understood all my concerns and requests. Marble bathroom was completely restored to its original state and looks brand new as well as our marble entranceway. Kitchen counter tops were also polished and sealed and look new. All water marks and stains were removed. The work was done within 2 days with little interruption to the rest of our condo. Highly recommend their company for any stone restoration services and would definitely use them again! Have referred them to multiple friends who plan on using their service!

After seeing the excellent work Chris did at a friendâ s house, I decided to use him to clean and restore my grout/tile. My floors look like new! I didnâ t realize they could look this nice. Iâ m only sorry I didnâ t hire him sooner.

Chris did an exceptional job. He went 150% over and above any other contractor Iâ ve ever had. He did cleaning of my porcelain tile he cleaned, stained and sealed my grout. My house looks better than when the floors were first installed. He takes great attention to detail. I have other people that have done this job and it does not look like this. It is exceptionally exceptionally beautiful thank you Chris for all your hard work.

POOR WORKMANSHIP, DAMAGE, DISHONESTY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Owner Chris came out to remove etching from small marble kitchen counter, polish and seal, reportedly a days work. Halfway through the day, his polisher broke down. Although he said it was giving him trouble the previous day, he had no back up plan. He returned the next day to finish the job. In the process he caused 2 damages: scratched the finish from a cabinet 2 x 1/2 and caused a pea sized divot on the marble edge of the sink. His wife Nicole (who was never on site) reported that the damage was already present when Chris began the job, that they had photos, and that their insurer agreed Marble King was not responsible without a claim submission. The damage absolutely was not there when Chris began work.. The dishonesty was disappointing enough but the sealing job did not hold up for two days when water spots began appearing around sink. I requested a partial refund as I would have to hire someone else to properly seal the countertop. Nicole declined any refund and offered Chris to return to seal. Obviously I did not agree to have additional poor workmanship, so I need to hire another company to seal the marble. Basically I am out $1000 that I paid Marble King. I had so wanted to give this husband-wife team a great review. Initially they were polite and seemed like a young, hardworking couple that is until I expected that they stand behind their work. In addition it is my understanding that Angi/Home Advisor guarantees satisfaction. Hopefully that will be the case. I trusted those referral sources.
