I totally recommend Pro Restoration I went in vacation and when I come back I had a water leaked on the top floor and damaged the entire ceiling and the bottom floor as well. I called them and they helped me with the entire process with my insurance company and took care of everything from the beginning to the end.

I called ProRestoration because of a water leak coming from my attic. It damaged my master bathroom ceiling, floors, and walls. Juan came out to take a look and was very knowledgeable and very informative. He used an infrared camera and moisture detectors to determine where the damage was. He showed me everything that was damaged and because I felt that Juan was very thorough in his work and explained everything to me step by step on how things would go , I hired ProRestoration. I had water all over my bathroom. My bathroom was damaged from a broken pipe. Dario, from pro restoration showed up to my property within 45min. He walked me thru process of what needed to be done to my structure. He was very detailed and made easy for me to understand what will be done. I hired the company prices were reasonable.
