I started with just one bathroom remodel, and I was immediately impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and high-quality craftsmanship he and his team delivered. "So glad I found Jason through Angi Worked with me every step of the way. He found solutions to aesthetic problem areas. Kept the work going on schedule. Cleaned up work debris. He and his son were polite and professional. I’m ready to start phase two. Hope he will have time in his schedule."

"Efficient hard working team - helps identify and solve a tile deck/roof over the garage. Kept us appraised along the way and with every decision. They replace water damage flooring and replaced and sealed the flashing between the house and deck. Very satisfied with their work and the way they work. Great team."

"Legend Remodeling & Improvement did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. From the first estimate to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, clean, and easy to work with. They explained the process clearly, helped us make good design choices, and paid attention to the small details that made the bathroom look modern and high-end. The crew showed up on time, kept the work area organized, and finished everything with great quality. The tile work, shower, vanity, flooring, and finishes all came out beautiful. We?re very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Legend Remodeling & Improvement to anyone looking for a reliable bathroom remodeling company."

"Having purchased this second home out of state and literally knowing nothing about the area and what was needed to set up the reconstruction, he was highly recommended by our real estate agent and had great references from other homeowners in the area. Eric helped us find a local architect/designer, worked with the building planning district, water district, etc. etc. so he's much more than just a General Contractor.  We simply could not have completed the work without him. As with all remodels, it's stressful and he was the calm, steady person needed to keep everyone in check.  He had great sub-contractors and every portion of the work was completed as guaranteed per the contract.  When there were hiccups, he fixed it.  He did all the hard work, just coordinated with us to be sure we got what we expected from each phase.  The results exceeded all our expectations.  No hesitation with recommending him for any job, large or small.

"I highly recommend this company, for anyone looking to remodel their garage. Our experience with them was outstanding from start to finish. They were extremely responsible and committed to ensuring our complete satisfaction, consistently going the extra mile to exceed expectations. Yari, the project manager, was particularly impressive—dedicated, reliable, and responsible, making sure all our needs were met and delivering the project on time. Their promptness, diligence, and strong work ethic made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We had a great experience and would gladly consider them for future projects."

"We needed an additional office space within our home. The concerns were removing an existing fireplace and hearth and replacing the hardwood floor to match what was already there, removing the chimney and patching the roof, moving a heating vent and again, patching the hardwood floors to match, adding an interior door, and moving lighting and electrical outlets. David was onsite everyday to either do the work himself or oversee the work by his subcontractors. They do quality work. The floors look great, the new wall is perfect, the roof was done well, the new interior door was installed well and looks like it was always meant to be there. Also, the work site was always cleaned up at the end of each work day. David is also very flexible, easy to communicate with, seems to truly care about your project, and works with contractors who do quality work."

"Great! Very helpful and quick."

"Excellent work at a reasonable price, contracts were very easy to read and understand. Replaced glass door, drain piping underneath house, and a section of fencing. Will call them again for future projects."
