"I hired Vital Appliances to do a complete diagnostics and repair of my stove top. It was cracked and was working but I noticed the crack getting worse. The company is very friendly, affordable and efficient. The technician came in the same day and got the job done within 2 days. "It is whoever they contract with. I pay monthly almost $40.00 but it includes both repair and replacement. This is for all appliances. I have a lot of old appliances in my home. I thought I would be using them a lot. I have not had not used them alot. I have 2 furnaces and they did replace one of them."

"Through Porch Services I hired Fix It All Appliance Repair to install my over-the-range microwave oven. Nick was very professional and prior to hiring him he told me exactly what the job would cost, so there were no surprises. Since he came on his own he did need an extra set of hands to take down the old microwave and put up the new one, but again, he asked that I have someone at home to help him with these quick tasks. I was very satisfied with the work."

"Generally things went well. I got a bit concerned about them coming a couple of hours late, but was appreciative that they called to let me know ahead of time. My frustration was in regard to things that were left unfinished. Windows were streaked in places. In one bathroom the toilet was left with cleaner in the bowl that required my brushing. I had to re-direct and instruct on how to clean basic, non-stained grout on one bathroom counter. Not all fans were cleaned adequately and in one room the fan was skipped altogether. Had to empty one trash can from one bathroom after they left. Unfortunately they wanted to use my hard wood floor cleaner (which was fine) but then my labeled spray bottle with solution left with them.
The staff were pleasant and willing, but I felt it could have gone faster and more efficiently. In the end was happy with the overall feel of what was done. The oven and stove were quite a project and I appreciated the diligent work on that!
