Fabulous clothes dryer repair service!! My tenant said, Tom, our service tech was professional, respectful, fast, knowledgeable, " he knew what he was doing ", The repair price was fair for the job performed! Very happy to save money and not have to buy a new one !!! Highly recommend & will use this company for all appliance repairs! Sharon who called us back could not have been more pleasant & reassuring!!!

Took longer than we had expected for the total repairs, due to having to order parts twice, but were professional and the bottom line is that the repairs were completed in a professional and courteous manner.

They did fine. They came and fixed what was wrong but there was another thing that was wrong that someone else had to fix but it was fine, it worked out okay. It wasn’t an oversight on their part; it was just that there was something wrong with the switch on the lid that shuts of the dryer. My wife and I eventually decided to buy a new dryer because it was just old, so we have a new one. We were pleased with what they did. One of the things I was a little bit skeptical about was their guy came in and he zeroed down on this one thing, fixed it and was out of here but he didn’t check this other switch that was out. It was not a big deal but it seemed to me that A Plus Appliance Repair has a lot of guys that works for this one guy, the fellow that you call. You call him and then he sends out the guy to you and the guy that came to our house was a real nice guy. He fixed what I had called about but he didn’t go through the whole thing and check it.

It only took 30 min and he was finished. I was afraid it was time to buy a new wash machine so was so relieved it only needed a new switch. Daniel was very nice and professional and did the job very fast. Would diffinately call them again when I need anything repaired or checked out.

They are excellent. The person who came out was Tom. He was very pleasant, very professional and very prompt. He got here right when he said he would, and did an outstanding job. He fixed the problem. This vendor was someone we had never used, but our appliance insurance company recommended them. We paid $75 copay. I highly recommend him.
