"Divine Tile and Stone was VERY professional, friendly and hard-working.  They told us what would happen and when, and they kept to that schedule. They were punctual every day.  They put up plastic sheeting to protect the rest of the house from any dust.  They kept to the job time frame  and price as provided in their estimate  In fact, they finished a bit early.
The stairs were an usual shape and rather steep, and I was concerned.  However, the finished product is beautiful and solid.  All the floors are beautiful and I'm VERY pleased with their work.   They cleaned up every bit of their work as well as all the packaging material.  I highly recommend Divine Tile and Stone.  I plan on using them again when I install the backsplash in my kitchen.

"Alejandros did an amazing job. He was very professional and extremely hard working. He originally did a small area in the kitchen to demonstrate the process and the results. He was not inexpensive, but after I saw the process, the time and amount of effort involved and his commitment to delivering a superior result, I thought it was absolutely worth every dollar. Also, while the work could be messy, Alejandros took great care to protect the cabinetry and fixtures and cleaned up the worksite thoroughly every day. When he was done, it was like we had new floors and countertops. I would hire Alejandros again in a heartbeat and recommend him highly."

"I got bids from four tile installers. LaQru's bid was the clearest, with every detail covered. There were no 'hidden' costs with LaQru. Every other bid left 'holes' and contingencies which made it impossible for me to get a clear idea of actual cost to install new tile throughout my home. LaQru's Michael Wilke was the only tile contractor who brought pictures of his previous projects. He was the only tile contractor who kept in touch during the decision process. He was willing and able to answer any and all questions. It was not at all difficult to choose LaQru Tile and Marble when I was ready to start my project. Michael is a PERFECTIONIST. He fussed over every detail. He arrived when he said he would. He worked long hours in hot weather and he did an excellent job. The workers he brought with him were good, solid guys and I never had a concern when they were in my home. As a result of his excellent work, I extended the original project to include an office that I had not intended to retile. But I realized that I could no longer live with the ugly office tile after I saw what a marvelous job Michael had accomplished in the rest of my home."

"The granite is beautiful and I'm happy with their fabrication and installation. However the plumbing work was substandard; took two days to hook up kitchen sink and dishwasher. The dishwasher plumbing leaked and had to be re-done. The bathroom fawcett was nor done correctly and still need repair."

Marble Restoration questions, answered by experts

Quartzite countertops are porous, meaning that liquids can seep into the stone and stain them. You’ll need to seal them before installing and resealing annually, depending on use and stone material. Sealing will help prevent stains and etching. On the other hand, you don’t need to seal quartz and other engineered stone countertops since they aren’t porous.

It is advisable to have stone countertops inspected every few years, especially if damage is noticed. Regular maintenance and inspection help catch and resolve issues early, extending the countertops' lifespan.

Since cesspits must be watertight to prevent leakage and contamination, so they’re typically constructed from one of a few tough materials. Most cesspits are made from fiberglass, concrete, polythene, or steel. Each of these materials carries certain advantages—fiberglass, for example, is resistant to corrosion but may be more prone to cracking if it’s at high capacity.

Quartz countertops are relatively expensive, but they’re a very popular option because of their durability and attractive design. Some manufacturers also offer lifetime guarantees for their products. Even though they’re expensive, they could wind up being a one-time purchase.

The frequency for sealing granite countertops depends on several factors, including the type of sealant used, the color of the granite, and how heavily the countertops are used. As a general guideline, resealing is often recommended every 12 to 18 months, but some sources suggest it could be as often as every few months or at least once a year.

The type of sealant is a major factor: water-based sealants may need reapplication every six months to a year, while more durable solvent-based sealants can last for five to 10 years. Additionally, factors like heavy kitchen traffic, frequent use of acidic cleaners, and lighter granite colors may require more frequent sealing to prevent staining.

To determine if your countertops need resealing, you can perform a simple water test. Place a few drops of water or a wet paper towel on an inconspicuous area of the granite. After 10 to 15 minutes, check the spot. If the water has beaded up, the seal is still intact. If the water has been absorbed and darkened the stone, it's time to apply a new coat of sealant. You can choose to seal the granite yourself or hire a professional to ensure it's done correctly.
