"Outstanding, expert, personally tailored service by a dedicated crew, and their very reasonable affordable rates. They got my defunct house alarm system functioning again in no time! I couldn’t believe my eyes!!! While a few other greedy and deceitful local alarm companies wouldn’t even come over unless I signed a 3-year contract with them at an outrageous monthly rate, these guys just did it all, with no strings attached. Kudos to them. 👍👏 They also provide all electrical and solar power services, so if you’re looking for either service, I strongly recommend Will Power Co."

"Our phone lines were not working inside of our business. Joe was very helpful and fit me in on a time sensitive issue, he was out the next day! He arrived when he said he would and went the extra mile in making sure we had everything fixed and working that we needed. I would recommend him to anyone needing phone line/jack work. Very friendly and professional."

"We did a total remodel of my husband's family home.   It took over six months.  Our next door neighbor is Andre Johnson who is starting up his own solar panel installation out of his home.  He has been in the business for  years, but felt now was the time for him to start his own business.  After we moved in, we talked to him about solar installation...we got some other bids, but his was still the best.  He and his son did the installation, then we called the city for the inspector to come out.
This is why I am writing this review.  With the total remodel, we had a lot of city inspections, and we knew how particular they are.  The inspector came out, went up on the roof for 10 or 15 minutes.  Then he told Andre he wanted to talk to us.  We thought...this can't be good.  On the contrary....the inspector wanted us to know what an outstanding job they did.  In fact, he said he had never seen such a perfect job.  He had been to two other homes for solar installation inspection prior to ours, and neither one of them passed.  He said they were done by well known, large local companies.  He said the larger companies sub-contract out the work, so you don't get the pride of ownership kind of work that we got.
Andre has five different licenses on his business card.  I did check his CA license....#958114...and he is in good standing with the state of California.  One of the other licenses was his federal contracting license, and another one was with the State of California as a disabled vet.
If you are looking for any kind of solar panel installation, PLEASE call Andre for a bid.  I really don't think you can find a better price, and I know you won't get a better job.

Electrical questions, answered by experts

In Eureka, older homes—especially Victorians—often have plaster walls and limited wall cavities, making new wiring more challenging. Redwood framing and low crawl spaces can slow progress, while homes near Humboldt Bay may require elevated electrical components due to high water tables. Converted garages, multi-level additions, and unique layouts can further complicate planning, so consult an electrical contractor for a tailored approach.

Helpful?

If you notice frequent breaker trips, flickering lights during storms, or corrosion on outlets, it’s time to schedule electrical work in Eureka. Homes built before 1980 often need panel upgrades or rewiring to meet current safety standards. Planning projects before winter storms, or when adding appliances, EV chargers, or generators, helps ensure your home wiring is safe and storm-ready.

Helpful?

In Eureka, the longevity of electrical work depends on using moisture-resistant wiring, corrosion-proof materials, and flexible conduit to handle seismic shifts. Proper grounding is vital due to the area’s conductive soil. Hiring an experienced electrical contractor ensures installations meet local needs, while surge protection and regular inspections help your home’s electrical system withstand the coastal climate and remain reliable for years.

Helpful?

When planning electrical projects in Eureka, consider the region’s seismic activity, heavy rainfall, and salt-laden air, which can accelerate corrosion. Most electrical work requires permits, and local environmental guidelines may affect outdoor wiring. Limited contractor availability and higher material costs due to Eureka’s remote setting can impact scheduling, so plan ahead and consult a qualified electrical contractor early in the process.

Helpful?

In Eureka, homeowners often skip required permits or attempt complex home wiring without an electrical contractor, risking safety and code violations. Many neglect moisture barriers, crucial in the city’s damp climate, or use standard materials instead of marine-grade options near the coast. Overlooking surge protection and failing to address corrosion from salt air can also lead to electrical hazards and expensive repairs.
