The fire-damaged receptacle also supplied the controls for our solar hot water system so Mr. Brown interrupted his day to replace it immediately, which was greatly appreciated. This day was in the middle of one of the storms we had recently and there was a higher-than-normal call for electricians. The new kitchen receptacle could wait for this to pass. After a week or so, Mr. Brown called, his crew showed up, and quickly wired-in the new receptacle. We could not have been happier.

It went absolutely perfect, he was very prompt, and very informative. everything he did was just perfect.

We worked together on a plan and had the service box done first. We discussed our budget and he gave us a fair estimate. Mike and his worker worked on the wiring in the late afternoon/early evening after we were done doing our own work on the property, and since we weren't living in the home at the time, this worked out well. He communicated often and got the work done when he said he would. This was a tough and frustrating project due to how the home was built, but he and his worker kept a positive attitude and kept moving forward. We still have a garage to re-wire, but other things had to be done first. However, when we get to that project, he'll be the first one we call.

Mike was very prompt and got the jobs done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.

Mike showed up on time, was extremely courteous and didn't waste a moment getting started on our electrical work. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He came up with some great ideas that were cost-effective and worked well with our income. Mike worked around our schedule both early in the morning and late at night. Since our original project with Mike we have had him back multiple times to help out with electrical work.

Mike shows up on time as scheduled.  His truck was fully equipped with electrical parts and tools to support work activity.  Mike thoughtfully listened to what we wanted during an initial inspection and offered good suggestions on how to accomplish the project. When Mike returned to perform the work he brought along all appropriate parts and materials for the job.  He worked carefully and effectively completed the project on schedule, he even cleaned up the area when finished.  Overall, Mike was courteous and professional in both his communication and the electrical contracting work provided.  

We would not hesitate to utilize his services again, Mike really knows what he's doing when it comes to electrical systems.
