"- - - the folks at simple visions are both kind and thorough lou had a friendly and timely response to our request for an estimate, and came prepared to gather all the appropriate job details required to make an accurate appraisal of the scope of the work, and then sent us the information right away they were able to begin the work within just a few days time, and stayed on the job until it was finished - the crew was courteous and appeared to work together rather well our project had many details that were not overlooked, and the materials used were all first rate we are retired folks in our late sixties and early seventies who have been used to doing all of our minor construction projects on our own, such as decks, fences, etc., but now that we are not climbing ladders anymore we are thankful to have a trusted outfit like simple visions to help us out with keeping our home warm, safe, and dry - - -"

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

"I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. The work that they did took only 2 days from start to finish and now we have more space at the garage, and the bills are much lower than before…."

"I had an excellent experience with Ocean Seven Builders that I wanted to share with the google community. I had a kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeling project, and I had no idea where to start. I interviewed a few companies but Eli, from Ocean Seven Builders, was super informative, honest and straight-forward. Throughout the entire project, communication was great and they always kept us informed and updated on the progress. Whenever we were uncertain about a decision, they patiently walked us through the options and made sure we were happy with the results. Also, Eli and her team were extremely conscientious about issues that came up and dealt with every issue calmly and efficiently. To sum it all up, From booking an appointment through having the job completed, Ocean Seven Builders was fabulous to work with. They were responsive, courteous, and displayed a high skill level throughout the entire project. The finished result looks very high end and we managed to stay on budget. "I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church. They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days. The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes. They began work the next week.
I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts. He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing. Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout. He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place. He cleaned up after himself as he went along. He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done. If only all builders could be like this. This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project. Yay!"

"Joshua has done a lot of work for us over the last year - from replacing blinds to fixing faucets, toilets and installing light fixtures, smoke alarms, shower fixtures, etc. His work is always excellent! He is very prompt, reliable, and does a thorough job. I was thrilled to find such a great handyman since we had to move and rent out our house. The only problem is that his schedule is very busy because he's so good!!
