"I scheduled an appointment to have the carpet in my master bedroom deep cleaned and treat any pet stains. I received a call the day before my appt to provide a time frame of when the technician would arrive. The day of the appointment I received a phone call from the technician to let me know he was on his way. The technician arrived promptly and measured the square footage since I was a first time customer. He informed me that the information would be placed in their system so repeat appointment would have that information. I was asked follow-up questions around my pet so any stains could be treated properly. At the end of the cleaning a blower was set up to help the carpet dry. The cleaning left my carpet looking brand new and the scent used was light and pleasant. I was given a spot cleaning solution for use between appointments. He gave us an estimate and when we weren't quite ready to fund the project he said he would keep our information. Sure enough 1 year later we contacted him and he still had our original estimate with all of the products we wanted. Once the project was started, Dimitri and his son were amazing and put in very long days until the job was done. They were very meticulous and did an outstanding job.
