They did a good job. They were clean, they were efficient, and it worked out pretty good.

This guy is not professional. He doesn't call me back and doesn't show up when he said he will. I do not want to do business with him.

Johnny and his team brought back my original floors from 1949, they did an excellent job. They delivered on what was promised. He also installed 12mm laminate - looks fantastic.

I purchased the big deal on 12/18/14. I was contacted on Monday January 5th by Johnathan to schedule a time for him to come out to look at the job. We scheduled for Friday January 9th between 9:00am and 10:00am. Monday evening I received a call from Johnathan asking if he could come out that evening to look at the job, at that time I reminded him we set an appointment for Friday. He apologized and said he got his contacts confused and apologized. Friday he did not show up, he did not call. So I called him a few minutes after 10:00am to ask of his whereabouts thinking maybe he was running late. However, he said the person that was supposed to come to my home also did not show for another appointment in the same area of my home. Johnathan apologized but his answer was very weak. Originally he said he was coming out and after the no show says it was someone else that was to come out, at any rate if he knew his person did not show for one job, why did he not give me a courtesy call to say he or the other person could not make it. Instead he did nothing. He stated when we spoke that he would call me to reschedule. To this time, I have not received a call from him. I do not trust this company. I am requesting a refund of the total amount paid for this service I did not receive.

Company was over 10 days late contacting me. An appointment was finally set up and Modern Floor Designed no called and no showed.

Johnny did a good job on the install and his suggestions on the base boards were spot on.

The job took 3 days total. The floors are astounding. They look brand new and they turned out better than we hoped. He repaired every trouble spot with perfection. Our before and after pics really speak for themselves which I would gladly share. You can't go wrong by hiring Johnathon and crew. He added great value and beauty to our home.

John and his crew were flawless from start to finish. He clearly communicated with us any problems he ran into. He made us feel confident that we were getting top notch professional service. The floors now look perfect and brand new even though they're 60 years old. He added great value to our house for a great price. We had 4 other bids and we were impressed with price and knowledge. Don't let his age fool you. He's been in the family business for a decade and his father, who is an experienced and licensed floor professional, vouched for him!
