"Mr. Luellen was highly professional and skillful. He arrived on time, stretched and refastened the carpet and then cleaned it. It looks like a new carpet. Mr. Luellen explained what had caused the initial problem and provided tips about how to maintain my carpet. C.H in Sacramento, CA."

"We contacted Erik Medel after getting a year old bid from him. He updated the bid, performed not only flooring installation but fixed a sagging floor. He was so commentating, worked with us through the whole process, communicated often and provided pictures of the completed job. A pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him."

"Patrick showed up on time and did a thorough job. Carpet smelled of string urine from our old Great Dane. He cleaned the stains and removed the smell at a very reasonable price. We will have him back to do the rest of our house soon. Great job and a good guy. I’d certainly recommend him to anyone!"

"Charles and co worker Ken were very professional. They tackled a very tough issue with my floor and were key to its restoration. Would definitely hire them again."

"I am very pleased with the service provided by Service King. They were prompt, courteous, professional, polite, and friendly. Everything looks and smells great. I am especially pleased with my sofa. It is a light yellow color and cannot be cleaned with water which is why I had it cleaned professionally in the first place. Tony was honest about what could be done with it since this was the first time it has been cleaned since I've owned it. It looks so much better and smells great. Everything was completed in about an hour and a half and dried in about four hours. Deorderizing of our carpets was offered at a very resonable price and he even cleaned our bedside rugs for free.

"Their work is superior. Together Garrett and his wife Deborah are perfectionist. I had some dog damage to one of my rental properties floors and needed it replaced. I had picked some material and asked Garrett about it. He did some research and let me know that he didn't think I would be satisfied with the materials. While doing research he found a great laminate material that has a triple moisture barrier. He let me know it would cost a little more but that it comes with a 30 year moisture warranty. He actually put a small piece of the material in a bucket of water for 2 hours and it didn't hurt the material in anyway. I have nothing but praise for this young couple. They do the work like you would do the work for yourself. I am extremely happy with their work. He also worked in another duplex I own where there had been a leak under the concrete from a water pipe in the kitchen. The plumber had to cut out a square of floor in the middle of the kitchen. The plumber cut the laminate flooring just perfectly but when he went to put it back it had shrunk a little. I spoke with Garrett and he said instead of replacing the entire floor he could repair it. So I ordered a small amount of the material and he spent time to make it look perfect. You can't even tell where the seam is and where the floor had been cut up. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are so very friendly and have great personalities and do amazing work."

"My experience was excellent. Mr. Bridgers got my carpet for a great price, arrived when expected, and paid close attention to detail. The new carpet made my room (and closet) look brand new! I plan to use him again in the near future."
