Excellence Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Our carpet cleaning service includes pre-vacuuming to remove loose particulate soil. Then, we pre-spray high-traffic areas as needed. Then, we clean the carpet using our truck-mounted steam cleaning system. When we clean the carpet, we use our Rotovac 360i instead of a manual wand like most other carpet cleaners use. The Rotovac 360i goes over an area of carpet much more than can be done with a wand. It also cleans all sides of the fiber vs. the wand that only cleans 2 sides of the fiber. When we clean upholstery, we use the same equipment for upholstery as we do for carpet except that we use a tool specifically for cleaning upholstery. When we start the cleaning process, we pay special attention to areas like arm rests and other areas that can become heavily soiled from day-to-day use. We'll either use a spotter or pre-spray the area to get the best possible results. Then, we use our tool to spray on a hot water cleaning solution, and then extract the solution away with the dirt as the tool is moved up and down the fabric. We've had a lot of experience with cleaning microfiber, and this has been a big trend over the past few years. Since we have been cleaning a lot of microfiber upholstery, people who bought it several years ago are now at the point of having that furniture cleaned. We expect that this trend will continue as from judging from the amount of microfiber furniture that we have cleaned, it has been a very popular style of furniture in the furniture stores.
