His crew did the best job anyone has ever done painting the front of my house, using quality materials and painstakingly careful techniques. His attention to preparation is immaculate-- they pressure- washed CAREFULLY (really important with old houses and multiple layers of paint!), and then scraped and sanded with a thoroughness that astonished me. Not only does the house look better than it ever has, but I am confident that this job will last. But even if there is some little glitch, I truly do believe that Mr. Jones is a man of his word, and he will return to fix it. I believe this because of his insistence on sticking with his original estimate, even when the job proved more complicated than he had first thought.
