"I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Jones. His crew did the best job anyone has ever done painting the front of my house, using quality materials and painstakingly careful techniques. His attention to preparation is immaculate-- they pressure- washed CAREFULLY (really important with old houses and multiple layers of paint!), and then scraped and sanded with a thoroughness that astonished me. Not only does the house look better than it ever has, but I am confident that this job will last. But even if there is some little glitch, I truly do believe that Mr. Jones is a man of his word, and he will return to fix it. I believe this because of his insistence on sticking with his original estimate, even when the job proved more complicated than he had first thought.
