"I ve never had a same day plumbing appt unless it was an emergency. This time it was different. Called Eric first thing in the morning because of my Mom s kitchen faucet and arranged a time for the same day. He came at the appointed time, examined the broken faucet and decided he could fix it and that s what he did. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I sent his info to all my family because we re always looking for a good plumber."

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. Worked on-time, asked our inspection of every aspect, did an immaculate job of tile, and was extremely clean and thorough. Even suggested that we do the job in two stages so we could determine the extent of any damage prior to just jumpingds in like a steer in a china shop. The final paint job looked like nothing was ever wrong. Love the guy and will recommend him to friends and acquaintances. Go Army!"
