Best ceiling fan pros near El Granada, CA

"We contracted JC Electric to install an outlet in our bathroom, install an overhead fan , replace a hanging lamp over our kitchen table, add two timers to light switches, and brought our electric box up to code. We were very impressed with Jaimie and his staff. Very professional, very good at communicating with us. We found JC Electric (Jaimie) to be very honest and reliable. We highly recommend him."

"Everything went fine with the exception of the fan install which was pretty tricky - we have some funky wiring done in the 80s by the old homeowner. Otherwise, great - Marcus got out to our house quickly and there were A LOT of lights/switches/exhaust fans to install which were taken care of quickly and at a reasonable price."

"We have used Service Champions on and off over the years, in a couple of different houses. A year ago they installed a new HVAC system and water heater in our home. The annual contract that came with the installation expires this month and I had decided not to renew it, because what can go wrong with a newer HVAC system, right? Today the smoke alarm at the top most point of our vaulted ceiling started beeping driving our dog to want out of the house. My wife refused to let her 86 year old husband climb our ladder to remove it. Even though our dilemma had nothing to do with the HVAC, Service Champions came to the rescue and within 4 hours. Needless to say I will be renewing my contract."

"We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. Their workers was clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. I discovered that Charlie visits the job site every few days, but he too sincerely cares about your home. He always called regarding the schedule, timeline or if there was a problem that need to be solved. We asked for changes to the electric wiring after the tiles have been installed. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely yes. We will refer this company to all our friends."

"Great experience! Mr. Hillman and his assistant, Juan, were masked, neat, clean, personable and a joy to work with. Mr. Hillman is knowledgeable and made several excellent suggestions for improved lighting situations. They went shopping for all the bulbs and fixtures. I would definitely hire them again. Mr. Hillman was the only contractor who contacted me on the list."

"The install was a bit tricky because it required three separate fixtures in the ceiling that had to be connected off one switch. Isaias warned me that he might have to cut extra holes in the ceiling to get pieces connected but he was able to do the work without leaving me any extra patching/painting.  We had a diagram indicating how we wanted the sections hung and he did it exactly as requested. He was very polite, extremely competent and when the job was complete he cleaned up any debris and even helped me move the dining table back into place. Ike's was able to do the work on very short notice and although we had to call to find out that the appointment time had been moved, Isaias showed up exactly at the new time.

"STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. I hesitate to write this review only because it will only make it harder to get Sergio to conduct electrical work for my house. Sergio was fantastic - clearly dedicated to his profession. Because he was replacing the entire panel, came out to look at it beforehand to make sure he had the parts. No unnecessary time was wasted on the day of installation because he knew what was needed. I have already set up for Sergio to come to do more work at the house!"

"I called Shaun to get an estimate, he was prompt in responding. At first I was going to paint just the walls, then changed my mind and asked Shaun to paint everything (doors, trims, cabinets) in all 6 rooms. In one room, he painted the floor, walls and ceiling. They are very prompt, and showed up on time on scheduled days. The painting took about a week to complete. I was very pleased with the results. The house looks new after they finish. There was some touch up work to be done afterwards, and Shaun was very gracious in sending his crew over to do it. I am most impressive with how professional the workers are, they are prompt, polite, and clean up afterwards. They show up on time. Shaun has been very easy to work with, he is very responsive to questions and requests. Besides the painting, I also had him do other works, like installing solar vents on the roof, fix a leaking pipe in the crawl space, seismic retrofit. One time I needed to put in a couple of bolts into a wall, Shaun did it for me without charge. I most definately recommend Shaun to do almost anything around the house. If he is not comfortable in doing certain tasks, he will tell you."

"Very good performance, good explanation of what was wrong with my A/C. Highly recommended"

"Purchased Big Deal for house painting. Did not hear from contractor so emailed and then left message on phone. Received call back about two weeks later and scheduled estimate. Estimator took my fan deck to get a color match, and I advised her we needed this done ASAP.

Another week went by, then another, left message to please provide estimate. no response. Contacted help desk. Advised help desk we wished to cancel this contractor for non response. Another week went by and received phone message from contractor, that they needed to schedule the power wash, still no mention of estimate! This made me uncomfortable as I would then be committed to continue with no idea what it would cost."
