I have a small family room downstairs and all the wiring and cables were run through conduits that were exposed on my ceiling and walls and made the family room look "industrial"!!! Ross and his team routed and concealed all the wiring inside the walls and ceiling, added a new light fixture, installed new outlets and switches and after we painted the whole room it now has a homey feel to it and is now an enjoyable room to be in!! They were on time, very friendly and gave us an excellent quote and left everything clean and left no debris!! I will recommend them to anyone!! They will definitely come back to do other projects!! "I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

Ike's Electric did a superb job.  I live in an older house with older wiring, and it was quite difficult to install the pendant lighting transformer.  Plus, the vendor that shipped the transformer (not Ike's Electric) shipped a used transformer. 

Ike's Electric figured out how to install the entire system, fixed the transformer, and found a dimmer that would work with the system.  Prompt, courtesy, smart, professional and thorough.  Plus, an SF Giants fan, always a bonus.  We felt extremely fortunate to fine Ike's Electric and they will be our electrician of choice.

"Replaced the old tub and shower setup with an walk in shower. With the help of Shaun we designed a shower that will be practical and safe to use for a senior or handicapped person. The entire bathroom was redone. Vanity, toilet, shower, and flooring. It looks great. The kitchen needed to be updated. The cabinets we refinished. New countertop, Oven, Stove-top, sink, and flooring were installed. The fluorescent lighting in the bathroom and kitchen were replaced. This required drywall work to cover the old lighting recesses. New can lights were used. The drywall work was invisible when finished. Popcorn ceilings were removed throughout the entire condo, textured, and painted. Shaun and his crew were great. They were always on time, neat and courteous. I appreciated Shaun's willingness to discuss options and concerns. He was aware of our budget and provided good insight into what options we had. I rated the price as good because I don't know if it was the best price. I was more concerned about finding a responsible and credible contractor. SR Construction surely fit that requirement. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for my next job."

"Nathan Weizmann, Project Manager for Goodfellas, brought together a team of professionals for our construction phase. ?We had the work I wanted done (remove skylight, repair roof, install new windows and ceiling fans) and we had the work that the City wanted done (foundation bolts, shear walls, re-wiring). ?The roofers were great - they came in and took out the skylight, repaired the water damaged plywood and installed the new roof in less than a day. ?They cleaned up so well, it was tough for me to tell that they had even been there. ?New bolts were installed and had to be independently tested - this work and inspection was scheduled and done without any input needed from me, a good thing. ?The shear walls and re-wiring also all passed inspection the first time. ?The installation of the windows and the ceiling fans were the only disappointment of the project. ?I really wanted the windows to be aligned and symmetrical and the fans to be aligned with the windows and thought I had been very specific and thorough on these points. ?I received a lot of head nods from Nathan's construction crew, but now I realize what I think is aligned and symmetrical is different than what they think. ?Overall, the entire construction phase took ~5 weeks (01/07 - 02/12) and came in at budget - phenomenal."
