I came across this company and I scheduled a meeting with Ezra and Charlie to come over and see/check. Ezra and Charlie checked the house for more than 2 hours and they found out that some of the windows were old and needed to be replaced with new ones. In addition to that, they recommended me to remove the water heater and to install a tankless system that will provide me with hot water only when I need and by having that, my bills will be reduced.The Quote that I got from him was good enough (to my opinion) and I retained them for the job. "The install was a bit tricky because it required three separate fixtures in the ceiling that had to be connected off one switch. Isaias warned me that he might have to cut extra holes in the ceiling to get pieces connected but he was able to do the work without leaving me any extra patching/painting.  We had a diagram indicating how we wanted the sections hung and he did it exactly as requested. He was very polite, extremely competent and when the job was complete he cleaned up any debris and even helped me move the dining table back into place. Ike's was able to do the work on very short notice and although we had to call to find out that the appointment time had been moved, Isaias showed up exactly at the new time.

"Ertan is really good at what he does, and for a fair price. Before starting, we walked through my home to show current locations of switches and outlets, and where we wanted to relocate them. My home was built in 1907, and some of the switches were in odd places, one was within reach of my 21-month-old son. Ertan followed all of our wishes, and made good suggestions. He was also very reasonable, even when he realized that working on our house would be difficult. We do not have drywall in many of our rooms, but plaster covering redwood planks. He found that cutting a hole in the wall to access the wires would take a long time, but he did not change his estimate and continued to perform the work. He also patched holes when he finished, which was a great help."
